Full Management Costs

Should a Tenant that Holroyd Miller introduced proceed to buy the property the Landlord/ Seller agreed to pay fee of 1% + VAT (1.2% inclusive of VAT) subject to a minimum fee of £1500 + VAT (£1800.00 inclusive of VAT)

Guarantor fee for one person (identity, immigration confirmation, financial credit checks, references from current and previous landlords/ employers and any other relevant information to assess affordability.

Permitted Occupier Fee for one person to draw up a permitted occupier arrangement which explains their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant.

Pet Deposit
To cover the risk of property damage and additional professional cleaning Including carpets and flooring. This will be protected with your security deposit/bond in a Government authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.

Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due
