- Review EPC ratings
- Attend viewings
Making an Offer
- Make offer via estate agent
- Confirm what’s included (fixtures & fittings)
- Offer subject to survey & mortgage
- Property marked “Sold Subject to Contract”
Legal & Surveys
- Instruct solicitor / conveyancer
- Submit ID & paperwork
- Book property survey (optional) – Level 1,2 or 3
- Review survey results (optional)
Mortgage Application
- Submit full mortgage application
- Provide payslips & bank statements
- Mortgage valuation completed
- Receive formal mortgage offer

Review contract with solicitor
